In the past I
have produced paintings
for commercial and
private clients.
My last large commercial
project was the
production of 11
paintings for an
Indian Restaurant
in the thriving
Gateshead area of
the North East.
Before
this I have worked
on a number of projects
including Kasturi
2 in Shrewsbury. The
paintings ranged from
a set of 8 to create
a cascade of the name
in the front bar,
a set of 5 based upon
the window design
at the rear and 4
more. The images that
I produced incorporated
a range of styles
and influences from
within the building
and the planned interior
design. The clients
and their customers
really liked the work
and the restaurant
has already had some
very good reviews.
Before
Kasturi 2 I worked
on a set of 10 acrylic
on canvas paintings
for Tandoori restaurant
called Eurasia. A
recently refurbished
restaurant in Bridgnorth,
Shropshire who needed
something extra to
give the right impression.
They were so pleased
with the paintings
that they changed
the colour of their
uniform shirts to
match the two most
effective pieces.
Another
commission came
from a restaurant
in Stoke-on-Trent
in Staffordshire.
I produced a
set of five
paintings in
which I tried
to convey both
the style of
the proposed
interior and
of the cuisine.
One of the five
paintings measured
15 foot by 4.5
foot (above).
which is the
largest painting
that I have
ever produced.
I am happy to
consider any
size although
costs can increase
for very large
work.
